NINO NOVELLINO is a brilliant sculptor whose creations have appeared in scores of Broadway shows in the past 45 years. On Broadway his scenic work has been showcased in Sunset Boulevard, Phantom of the Opera, Cats, La Cage aux Folles, The Lion King, The Producers, Young Frankenstein, Beauty and the Beast, Miss Saigon, Into the Woods, Nick and Nora, Elf, Spiderman, Tale of Two Cities, Enron, Spamalot and many many others. His studio in Cornwall, NY is a wonderland exhibiting fabulous examples of sculpture from familiar Broadway hits. Along with his Broadway credits work can be seen of creations for the Metropolitan Opera, New York City Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, New York City Opera, La Scala Opera, Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus, The Big Apple Circus, Santa Fe Opera, and Universal Studios. Nino has done extensive work for Disney from the 1973 opening parade of Walt Disney World to the Disneyland Millenium parade to Disney Paris and Japan. Recent movie work includes Confessions of a Shopaholic, Bride Wars, Year One and The Producers. His work in Las Vegas has included Phantom of the Opera, Lance Burton in Las Vegas, Caesar's Palace and Siegfried and Roy at the Mirage.
Nino Novellino is the recipient of the 2004 Irene Sharraf artisan award honoring a lifetime of sculpture for the New York stage.
