James Higgins
JAMES HIGGINS is a principal and Chief Administrative Officer at New Vernon Capital, an investment management firm with more than $2 billion under management in alternative and traditional asset classes and that focuses on emerging markets - particularly India. Mr. Higgins holds an A.B. and M.B.A. from Harvard. Mr. Higgins has served on the boards of a wide range of non-profit, for-profit, and government organizations; he currently chairs the finance committee of a Manhattan-based foundation.
